Aireclaim is a relatively young Portuguese flight compensation company – it has been operating since 2015. Unfortunately, there is no accurate information about the number of staff in this company. Currently it is the best airline claim company in Portugal that takes care of air passenger rights and the market leader in delayed, cancelled or overbooked flight compensation. Aireclaim is not a scam, it is legit company operating under EU Regulation 261/2004. There is displayed more information in further review below.

Horrible customer service. All of my friends from the same flight received refund months ago, and all they did was contact airline. I thought this company would help me and get me my refund faster, but all they do is keep sending me same generic email asking to wait. No phone number no explanation for delay. Stay far away from them!
