You can get compensation for a delayed flight if that flight disruption appeared because of airlines fault and meets criteria in Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004. Firstly, may receive compensation for the flights that begin inside the EU or land in the EU (if the carrier is EU-based airline). The flight delay must be more than 3 hours and the reason for delay can’t be extraordinary circumstances in order to receive flight compensation.
