My flight was delayed can I claim compensation if airlines have already paid me in the form of gift coupons and discount for future flights?

Yes. Generally airlines give their passengers lower value flight delay compensation in form of gift coupons or discount than you have the right to receive according to Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004. However, your compensation may be reduced in amount of those gifts value.
